Features:

- Add titan character editor

- New human/titan hairs, hats, and eyes

- New map editor objects

- Updated music playlists

- Big map toggle (default M)

- Add UI Settings: kill feed popup count (default 3), min and max name lengths

- Adjust player-titan hitboxes, add rock throw cooldown

- Titans can now attack while disarmed

- APG weapon new model

- Spectator camera: can spectate player titans, orbit camera option, free cam improvement

- Map editor improvements:

    - Camera scroll to pan/zoom

    - Transform local/center orientation options, uniform scaling

    - Object placement improvements

    - Lighting and object layer toggles

    - New editor keybinds/settings: camera panning and snapping, orthographic toggle, object spawn distance

- Thunderspear stat changes: 

    - increasing non-crit restrictangle from 60 to 75

    - reducing autoexplode trigger range from 20 to 15

    - increasing embed time from 1.00s to 2.00s

    - increasing embed2 scaling from 0.01 to 0.02
